  We wanted to try pizza Hut Large $10 w8th 3 topping. This is what we got. Dry, looks like a medium size and we are guessing cheese is not one of the toppings you get. So you might have to add that as a topping. We are so disappointment.

  Worst experience ever!! Last time ordering Pizza Hut in life. It's been a while but Pizza Hut is usually always good. Pizza Hut shame on you to out source your orders to a different country. Just sad. Your running a delivery service business. If you have an issue with your order you can't even get ahold of someone at the location because they DON'T answer the phone EVER and switch you over to someone in a different country. I ordered out of convenience for my very busy evening, you outsourced a food delivery service which left some of my order there with no cares, then your employees proceeded to not care to call me to let me know my order was unable to be fulfilled. They just decided it was okay to substitute my order without any conversation or notification (maybe that needs outsourced!!). Food was cold by the time it made it 45mins later then online order time given. It was cold, hard, wrong & disgusting. Remind you there is no WAY possible to get in contact with anyone at the physical restaurant location. It caused havoc in my house that evening everyone was hungry and angry. By the time my husband got home after having to drive his diesel truck up to get new still incorrect food because you were unable to fulfill the order in the first place. I know its long but take this away if your thinking about ordering Pizza Hut, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! It's not worth the headache, plus you will NEVER get a manager on the phone. As the physical location NEVER answers their phone not even for their own outsourced company. Shame on you Pizza Hut just sad.

  I put an order through pizza hut delivery app and it was going on an hour and a half when I attempted to call customer service and the phone continued to ring. I continued to get the runaround when I said. Let me look on the Google reviews and see what this place is about. When I read the reviews and I read someone did not receive their refund.I said , oh no , that is not about to be me. I drove up to the store. It was only five minutes away from me. I saw 1 guy in the back just taking his time pouring the sauce on pizza fixing it up. One other staff member came to the register, told me the manager was in the restroom , so I waited. I waited for about 5-7minutes until I knocked on that restroom door and she came out a couple minutes later. Got my refund. Will not be continuing service at that location.

  unfortunately we were missing a couple of items from our order. I tried calling the store number from google listed at that address, its an 800 number, which is not the local store, I got the stores local number from that number ( I thought) Someone answered the phone and when I told them the issue they said let me transfer you to the local store... ( I thought I was calling the local store) I was on hold for 10 minutes noone ever came to the phone. I finally did a chat on the website and all I know is someone will contact me within 1-3 business days.

  So this is my opinion on this pizza hut Pizza was very thin and flimsy taste good but need to be rolled better. And their delivery lady seemed agitated that I park in front of the store swinging her door open with attitude close to my Amg Mercedes she would of had a bigger problem if she did hit my vehicle. Who ever is runny this place need to step it up big time will not be going here again unfortunately plus the deal wasn't a deal from 23$ to 36$.
