    This is my favorite Whataburger! We go for coffee every Monday-Friday after taking our kid to school. It always starts our day off awesome. Meghan is so helpful on Mondays and Eric is the most excellent employee! He proves that everyone who visits Whataburger is treated like family! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for Eric and Meghan.

    This is the most horrible service I have ever received at any of the multiple locations I have visited across Texas. As I was enroute to Houston about a week ago, I stopped at this location to get dinner for my family late in the evening. I submitted my order through the drive-thru and then patiently waited. I recall being given the drinks at the window and told to move forward, which I did. My wife removed the drinks from the cup holder and asked me to give it to the employee when the food was brought to us. Upon getting my food, I asked the employee if he could take the cup holder and he stated that it was mine - that I could dump it in the trash can. My wife got upset with that lack of courtesy, but I just ignored it. We moved forward, and as my wife was checking the 4 orders, she noticed that we had received noticeably less fries on all 4 orders than we are accustomed to at Whataburger. I parked and went inside the store with 1 or 2 of the fries holders. I was immediately met by a counter employee to whom I advised the issue we had. He went to the back with one of the fries holder and then came back asking me to wait as the fries were cooking. I did not believe this answer, but I just wanted to leave. I went back outside to the vehicle but decided to come back in as my wife was very upset. On the second time I went back in, another employee promptly asked how he could help, and I requested to speak with the manager. The manager, whom later gave me his name as Isaiah when I asked, came to the front and I explained the issue to him. He asked me to bring all 4 orders of fries inside. Since I had previously brougth in 1 or 2 fries holders and by this time was even more upset, I asked him to just provide me more fries so I could leave. This individual disrespected me telling me that he could not provide me free fries in front of other customers. I immediately made it clear that I was requesting what I had paid for - not requesting free food. Since I knew this would only escalate more and I had already wasted time, I decided to leave advising the manager that I would contact the corporate office. I will definitely NEVER come back to this location. HORRIBLE customer service, specially by the so-called manager. If I give 1 star is because of the 2 employees that promptly asked how they could help me when I walked into the store both times. I usually never provide reviews - much less negative reviews; however, I could not get home fast enough to post this review.

    They dont answer the phone and when I went through the drive through they gave me the complete wrong drink and dumped the fries in the bag.
