This is the second time they messed up my order. I order something specifically on the screen and got a different order. I didn’t realize until I got home.. from working all day, I sat down and wanted to finally enjoy food. I guess that didn’t happen. The guy in the drive thru look like he didn’t know what was doing either. This is the last time I’m coming here, done with this place.

Just left this Subway with no sandwich because you have three, yes, three employees that do not work with a sense of urgency and prefer to have actual human beings stand in front of them slowly making sandwiches other than the sandwich they’d like. I literally stood there for over 5min waiting for someone to acknowledge me and NONE OF THEM had the interpersonal skills to look up to acknowledge an actual customer.
I had to leave because I’ve been in meetings all day and had to go somewhere with better service and then come home to write this review with no sandwich.
Subway, check the camera for 12/8/25 at 730-8pm and fire Baine and Chris ASAP. You’re losing money with paying those two in this economy. I needed two foot longs.

Maybe they thought they could get away with it because I placed a mobile order and didn’t see the sandwich being made, but they put no meat on my sandwich and the bread was rock hard. I went back to get it remade, and the girl proceeded to weigh EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF MEAT one by one, which was extremely annoying because she clearly didn’t do that the first time.
