  Just tried to order a small rainbow slushie and a jr cheese burger. The person taking my order stated it only came in a medium so asked if it was happy hour. She said for some reason it was ringing up as $0.00 so I said thats fine and I was done ordering. Before it went to charge me, I can see them changing the entire drink order so I can be charged the amount. When I mentioned it to the girl that came to my window, she said the district manager removed the button so it wasnt ringing up. Why whould I be charged for a drink I wasnt ordering? This happened at 3:50 on February 13th.

  Came for a medium Oreo blast and was told no medium cups. So I asked for a large one and was then told that all the ice cream was too soft. While I was thinking what to do some guy comes on very rudely and asked if I wanted something else so I left. Who runs this dump?

  This sonic has truly become one of the lowest examples of why Sonic as a restaurant has been failing. It’s become a constant where now I have to wait for 30 minutes for something as simple as a single Odeon Water. The staff can go from polite to very careless and nonchalant. It’s sad specially considering it used to be a descent fast food location. Now management won’t accept accountability, two different instances I’ve ordered food and received only a fraction of the portion. The quality of the food like lettuce and tomatoes can have a destained flavor to them, and drinks are normally watered down. It’s a real shame

  Ordered a vegetarian breakfast burrito - I feel 99% sure the eggs were cooked in bacon fat. NOT okay!!!

  Placed my order online through the APP it said food would be ready by 4:06PM showed up at 4:08 and checked into the app. At 4:15 pressed the button to talk to someone they said it would be out shortly. By 4:42 finally got food order was wrong and they couldn’t refund the extras they didn’t have. Told me nothing they can do call the number on the receipt. Called the number on the receipt and they couldn’t refund not refund me cause they were add-ons to the order. It was over 2$ in addons and the drink was all wrong. Never going back there it’s ALWAYS something with these people!
