Atmosphere can be a bit warm depending on how busy they are even if there's air conditioning. (That's just my opinion. But then again, I'm always hot.) However, Big Lou's has better pizza amongst a few other places. I've already had a few issues with this place before. They'll tell you your order is ready in a certain time, and by the time they get it to you, is either cold or just warm enough so it's not gross. So, honestly? That makes me doubt y'all's timing. I hate the QUALITY and the timing that y'all give for the orders. That needs work. I don't think that there's enough people that work in this kind of work that takes things like this seriously enough. It's just making me want to give up my pizza cravings.

- MKMichaila KelleyAug 29, 20251.0I came in to pick up a pizza that my dad had ordered and had waited at the register for 10 minutes without being helped, which I know because I was on the phone with someone as soon as I got in, after waiting for 10 minutes and not being helped I used their restroom, once I was done I came back out and stood for another couple of minutes before sitting down (still hadn’t been helped), a tall white presenting man comes in moments later and is helped immediately idk if it was gender based race based or what, but I have never felt so dismissed in my life I had just gotten off work and wanted to pick up my pizza that’s all. Regardless there is no way they didn’t see me standing there whether the interaction was prejudice of some kind or not.
