  Food is great, but they have an employee that has no customer service skills. Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the young lady through the speaker. Kept having to ask her questions and you could hear the attitude in her voice. Got to the window and my wife asked her if she could repeat our order because we couldn't hear her. She then slams the card reader on the counter. My wife asked her do you have a problem repeating the order and she goes YES. So my wife asked for the manager and she replied I am the manager. And my wife told her you should not be a manager and could we have our money back. She walked away and another young lady came and politely listened. My wife didn't want the food because she didn't want the manager making it. But the other lady assured us she made it and it was good to go. And since I wanted Charley's bad I took it. But I'll probably never go back to this location if that young lady is in charge of it.

  Had a order from uber and arrived at 11:20pm and it was completely empty and closed when it says they close at 12:00am

  Wow went to Charlie's on 78 for the very first time tonight and told them to surprise me and wow they made my food with love and hooked me up with all this goodness best service best food oh emmm geee if you have not tried it go try it here only !!!Thank you to the crew at Charlie's for an amazing experience!!
