They don’t close until 9pm, so it was really frustrating to hear that nothing was available for the rest of the night. The whole point of going was to surprise our kids, and they were extremely disappointed walking out empty-handed. To make it worse, the employee at the front had a pretty serious attitude when I politely asked if they were done selling for the night. I understand cleaning needs to be done, but shutting down the entire product line hours before closing ,especially with attitude , isn’t great customer service. Very disappointed experience tonight.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
