  today me and my kids had came to Wingstop because I owed my daughter and when we were greeted by the whole crew it was nice and the cashier was so sweet (Cierra) her smile had made my day. Will be coming more often and our food was on point.

  Had an issue with a carryout order. The manager reached out the next day and had the entire order made again.Excellent customer service!

  When I came to post my review, I was surprised to see that the store currently holds a 3.5-star rating. After visiting yesterday with my children, I genuinely found that hard to understand. Our experience was exceptional, and the level of service we received was truly outstanding. The employee who assisted us, John, delivered what I would consider exemplary customer service. Having worked in corporate training for many years, I have spent a great deal of time evaluating customer interactions and service standards. From that perspective, John demonstrated the kind of professionalism, empathy, and authentic engagement that companies strive to train—but rarely see executed this naturally. To be completely honest, my children and I didn’t walk in looking our best that day. Yet John treated us with the same warmth, kindness, and respect he showed every other guest. What impressed me most was observing how he interacted with each customer who came in after us. Regardless of their background or situation, he consistently found a way to connect with them on a human level. In my case, he even took a moment to empathize about the challenges of motherhood—something small, but incredibly thoughtful and genuine. It’s rare to see someone who can consistently create positive, personal interactions with such a diverse range of customers. That kind of natural customer engagement is a tremendous asset to any business. Whoever is responsible for leadership decisions at this store should take note: John is exactly the type of employee who should be recognized, supported, and promoted. Whether that means placing him in a management role, (highly encouraged) giving him broader leadership responsibilities, or simply ensuring he is properly acknowledged, he clearly deserves it. Employees like John elevate the entire customer experience. His professionalism, positivity, and ability to connect with people deserve recognition and appreciation. Quite honestly, even if the food had been mediocre, the level of service alone would bring me back. Exceptional customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be celebrated. I’d also like to shout out the rest of the staff as we know it takes a team to make things work and flow. We were there around 6-7PM 3.11.26 that team is great.
