Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Emmanuel at this location is outstanding. He is kind, courteous and efficient

I placed a curbside pickup order at Whataburger at 7:44 PM and checked in a couple minutes later. The estimated wait time was about 7–10 minutes, so I expected my order to be ready shortly after.
While waiting, I noticed an employee bringing out orders to other cars. I rolled down my window and asked about my order, and she told me it was coming. After waiting another 10 minutes, I followed up again and let her know I had already been waiting about 20 minutes. My order was extremely simple just two apple pies.
A few minutes later, she came back with a manager named Hannah and told me they didn’t have my order. I showed Hannah my confirmation with the 7:44 PM timestamp. At this point, it had been around 30 minutes of waiting. I asked for a refund due to the delay, and she told me I would have to call customer service.
I still waited another 10–15 minutes for the pies, then went inside to check on the status. When I asked Hannah what was taking so long, she responded by saying I had already asked for a refund. I explained that I wanted a refund because of the inconvenience, but I still expected to receive the food I paid for.
Instead of resolving the issue, Hannah began arguing with me, repeatedly asking why I would want both the food and a refund. I had to explain multiple times that after waiting over 30 minutes for two apple pies, a refund was reasonable due to the poor service and excessive delay.
The situation could have been handled professionally, but instead I was met with rude, dismissive behavior and unnecessary back-and-forth. Customer service should never involve arguing with a customer over a clearly justified concern. Waiting over 30 minutes for such a small order, only to be questioned about requesting a refund, is unacceptable.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of service at this location.

Worst Whataburger experience I’ve had. Had to keep asking for my order, and when I finally got it, they forgot all 4 of my drinks.
Opened one burger and there was a bug in it. When I asked for a replacement, the lead acted like it was a problem to fix it.
They were also confused about my order—Uber clearly said pickup, but they kept saying it was delivery. Everything felt disorganized and poorly managed.
Never had issues at other locations, but I won’t be coming back to this one.

So almost everytime i come here to dine in there’s nobody at the counter to take my order.. Alot of times one of the employees working in the back will even make eye contact with me standing there then proceed to just ignore me standing there waiting to order. Like do ya’ll not want any business??? Makes no freaking sense to me..
Train your employees common sense.
I went to chick fila next door and they were willing to take my money.
