  Got the Catch Boil, full house seasoning, medium. Everything was very tasty except the sausage. That part was definitely lacking. But the rest was very good. Seasoning on point. And the cost/portions was not bad at all! Will definitely be back!!!

  So glad we found The Catch!! Fried shrimp, catfish nuggets, okra, fries and hushpuppies were spot on. Fresh, high quality, delicious and cooked to perfection. Generous portions, fast and friendly service, fair prices, clean restaurant and restroom. Loved everything about this restaurant.

  Not customer friendly at all. I asked about an item that was optional at the window and the girl was really rude and acted very put out. If that was all, I would not be leaving this low review. The food was beyond salty. It was not eatable. Sadly to say it went in the trash (all $58.00 of it). We ordered Shrimp etouffee, 12 piece jumbo shrimp basket, a gator basket, and onion rings. The shrimp were very small. The entire order was so salty you could not eat it; it was disgusting! We will never go back to this restaurant again.

  While my family was dining at this location an older man walked in and started telling us a story about being from Hunstville, his truck broke down, he doesn’t know any one or have money. He was asking us to cover money, unfortunately we didn’t have cash so he went to the next table. The manager stepped in and said sir leave and stop talking to my patrons. Come to find out this gentleman does this weekly. Changing the story about where he’s from and what broke on his truck and the amount of money he needs. The staff and manager came to our table and apologized that he bothered us, which he really didn’t bother us all things considered, but the accountably of the staff of something they can’t control speaks volumes to me of their customer service and the atmosphere they hold at this location.

  Don’t even bother ordering online—they clearly can’t keep up with their orders. I scheduled mine for 12, and it wasn’t ready until about 25 minutes later. They didn’t even seem to know the order existed until I showed them. Also, JD at the drive-thru window could barely function and had terrible customer service. He was extremely rude, and honestly, he should not be serving customers at all—he clearly has no idea what customer service is, which explains why he’s still stuck in that position. I understand a 5–10 minute delay, but 20+ minutes with no awareness of the order is unacceptable. If you’re going to ignore scheduled times, don’t offer online ordering at all.
