  So I placed a mobile order at 12:22pm I got to the store and checked in at 12:30pm had to wait until 1pm before I ever got my food. They were not busy at all. The manager gave attitude when asked why it was taking so long to get my order. She said they don’t start making the mobile orders until you get there…. It’s a mobile order for a reason it should be done and ready to go when I get there not 30+min later. The inside of this store is disgusting there was trash all over the floor and the smell and flies were bad as well. Don’t go to this location!!

  Dude quit during dinner rush and threw food on the ground. Left about 10 people just waiting having already paid. He just walked out and everyone else just stayed on the drive thru. At LEAST 6 of the people were waiting on large doordash orders. Do better Taco bell on LLR

  The Baja blast was pure carbonation! How're you gonna do that to someone, its clear instead of a cool blue green color. Not one hot sauce in the bag! Why ma'am? Why? Everytime and I've lived here for 20 years, came here maybe 6 times. Disgrace.

  Genuinely the worst taco bell that i have been to in Texas so its extra unfortunate that this is now my local taco bell. Expect consistent 20+ minute waits in the drive through line. And checking over your order before driving off is a must as they easily forget something or flat out give you the wrong order four out of five times. If you order something like nacho fries expect for your cheese sauce cup to be 90 percent empty and your fry cup to be half empty. Truly the most awful taco bell ive ever been to
