- LGLucia Guzman6 days ago1.0The person who made my sandwiches was rude, muttering under his breath while making everything. Just complaining the whole time, and I never once said anything rude while I was there. I always get my sandwiches from this location the same way and never had someone be like that, I understand you might not like working there or have a bad day, but don’t complain in front of the customer. And most of the veggies were frozen. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant

- WBWilhena BaileyApr 7, 20262.0Upon store entry I entered saying hi, store was empty, myself and my son walks further in , two workers I spot look up and back down continuing an order, I position myself right in front and speak up and no one says anything, I say hi again and louder the lady looks up responds hi I’ll be with you soon(mono tone), as if she didn’t want to speak back, the guy still says nothing, then stands at prep table and then he says how can I help you, my son orders, it’s lunch he’s hungry, I chose not too, I’m not at all interested in spending my hard earned money on nasty negative nonchalant workers.

I requested her manager name and she stated I'm the manager with a blank stare above her glasses(scared me), I then requested her Boss or regional managers name and she declined to provide. I believe her attitude is the reason there's no bread or team members to assist her as she mentioned this is the reason for no bread. This location is by my house so I will be returning but she needs to be evaluated for better leadership and customer service training is recommended.
