  I always do carry out and every time I do it’s always ready on time and the person at the front is always kind and makes sure my order is right. I’m terrible with names but the lady I usually greet for my order is always kind. Will continue to give my business to them because of her.

  Literally the only pizza hut i’ve ordered from that puts enough sauce on the wings to actually cover them entirely. Never change. I love you.

  This store is great for delivery. The staff is always friendly and my order arrives early and correctly made.

  Ordered a pizza and wings, things seemed to be going well. Pizza arrived on time, in 30 minutes. Got inside, opened it and it looked like the driver had either dropped it or it had slid off the seat of her car. Called the store, very friendly, said they understood, offered a store credit or they could remake. I said remake, as I had 3 little kids looking forward to pizza, and they said it will be 30 minutes, so I said no prob. An hour later, no pizza. I called up, and the same person was a little too non-caring this time. "Oh, you don't want the order?" Don't want it? We wanted it, it's been an hour, and she went on in such a way about cancelling it that made me realize they had not even started it. But offered me store credit. Store credit. I don't even want to eat there again. Think I'll go by the store tomorrow and speak with the manager there, I want my money back and I want my tip back from the POS driver that caused this mess. Why am I mad? Because the kids mom was now on the way to pick them up, and they were literally in tears because they didn't get the pizza I promised. Congrats, Pizza Hut, you made an 8yr old, 9 yr old, and 10yr old girls cry. And their mom thinks I am an even bigger POS than she already does because I didn't feed them like I said I would, and she has to scramble to take care of it now. Whoever the manager is at that location, I will see you tomorrow right after you open, you've got an earful coming..... Pic attached is the disaster they tried to deliver. I really wish this location was one of the locations Pizza Hut is planning on closing in 2026 (something like 250 locations are slated to, maybe the city of Conroe will get lucky and see this place go away).
