  Terrible employees. Rude and unprofessional. Annoyed that you're there and they have to work. And your order will be wrong, happened everytime so far

  First I want to say I visit this location daily since I have epilepsy and can’t drive its close by my home but their employees behavior lately has been embarrassing for the company, first I walked to restaurant like I usually do to find doors to lobby locked right at a hour early as employee mopping laughed at me for trying to open door. So I try to go through drive thru to be told they don’t serve people on foot in drive thru rudely so I called to talk to manager about it and he said his name was George went on to tell me he could close lobby anytime he wanted doesn’t matter what hours posted are as he laughed and didn’t care that some people aren’t allowed to drive. It was just a completely disrespectful situation as a customer he said he didn’t care if wrote review or called his supervisor tomorrow. If the owner sees this your employees are losing you regular daily customers to do what they want instead of what is posted on door on website and maps.

  Double and triple check your order! Always! Closest McDonalds to my home. Go there once every 2 weeks. Always a problem with your order in the drive thru. Once I received an order from somebody else and didn’t notice until I got home. I had to go back to get it fix. Today. I received a bag with missing items. Missing nuggets. Missing sauce. Also, they give me my large fries. Look at the picture. They are 70% full at much. You pay for large and they give you medium at best. I don’t ask too much. Just get my order right, people. Jeez! Next time I receive my order like this, I’ll talk to the manager and fully complain there.

  Es increíble y asombroso la atención que pone es un asco la muchachilla que me atendió una niña de piel blanca güera no me quiso atender no me quiso dar mi frappé el cual yo pagué y me dice por favor vaya a la siguiente ventanilla me estuve esperando más de 10 minutos sin entregarme nada volví a solicitar lo que yo ya había pagado y me dijeron que me esperara otra vez esa niña por cuestiones de tiempo tuve que retirarme pero ahí me deben un frappé mediano y créame que que el miércoles 18 de este mes voy a regresar y voy a exigirles en su cara mi café la verdad es un lugar racista no lo recomiendo para nadie creo que hasta debería ser una demanda por lo que pasó
