  Beware!! If you ordered extra patties be sure to check to before you drive off. This place is very well known for taking your money but not giving your extra patty. I understand this happened once but counted so far it’s at 7 times! That is unacceptable! I had to go back through drive thru or go inside. Even when I ordered through uber or Postmates they always never add it and I have to open a dispute. Who ever is making the sandwich really needs to pay attention to what they are doing. Very simple instructions.

  I ordered through the app, ordered a mcgriddle, 2 hotbreakfasts and got a free egg mcmuffin...I get the order which is taped shut so this is not on the delivery driver, but I ended up with 2 egg mcmuffuns and no McBride. Its alway my breakfast that gets messed up in an order and im sick and tired of it. If they cant get it right stop having delivery as an option

  Worst location. I’d advise not to come here. I get breakfast every single morning. I usually order 10-15 minutes before they stop selling, and depending on traffic here and there I’ll make it with 5 mins till 11, or pull up right at 11. Very slightly have I gotten there at 11 (which is when breakfast ends) and have still gotten my food. Today was one of those days, I made it at 11, but instead of giving my food they just said it’s “unavailable” even though I had placed my order 10 mins before and paid already. This store is poorly ran, they are all lazy, and disrespectful towards the costumers.

  I'm not one to review fast food. But. I work 7 days a week, 50hrs, and decided to treat myself to breakfast - something I don't usually get. All I ordered was a mcgriddle. First of all, the girl who took my order, then my card, scanned it at the register, and proceeded to walk into the back with my card and a big smile on her face. She was gone for maybe 3-5 minutes with my card. Then she came back with my food and card, which is odd because no fast food has ever done that before. I'm an anxious person, I would automatically assume my card details were being taken, but I won't say it happened. I will be keeping an eye on my bank activity though. Then, I stop after getting a drink elsewhere to eat. Cheese? Unmelted. Pancakes were rock hard and tough to bite through. I literally had to rip each bite off. And the center was cold. Sure, it was $4, but it was so disappointing as someone who budgets very strictly and let myself have a small treat to celebrate my work streak this month.
