- KMKallie Martin5 days ago1.0Every time I visit this location, the ice cream machine is out of order, and the frappuccino machine is also frequently unavailable. This has been an ongoing issue over multiple visits, not just a one-time occurrence. I understand that equipment can occasionally go down, but the consistency of this problem is frustrating and impacts the overall customer experience. These are popular menu items, and it’s disappointing to not be able to order them regularly.

No lettuce, but extra shredded cheese. Thankfully I checked before leaving this time and got it swapped. Don't know what lettuce and cheese look like or can't read the ticket?
