  TLDR; Good food. Best service is from Angel, by far. ------------------ The food is pretty good here. I'm a fan of the Ham and Cheese Croissant, because one is a good breakfast. What I most appreciate is the service from Angel. Today I decided I owed him a nice review after almost a year of great service and one instance where he went above and beyond to help me. When I got to my desk and came to post my review, I saw a negative review that surprised me because it contradicts my personal experience over the past year or so. My experience has been that the best service is from Angel who has gotten me in and out quickly and always had a great attitude. I'm actually a little put off when he isn't there because I have come to expect his quick service and never had any problem when he is there. He remembers his regulars' orders and uses that to help serve them faster. One day, I locked myself out of my car and went back in to see if I could get some cardboard to shim the window open. Angel had gone in the back and the girl out front told me they didn't have any cardboard. I'm standing there with their product in my hand and she blew me off on a simple request that meant at lot to me at that point. I could literally see boxes from where I was standing and she should have been able to see I had their bag in my hand from just purchasing food minutes earlier. Angel came out and gave me some cardboard to get into my car. He cared and I appreciated that. That, honestly, cemented them in my mind as my first choice for breakfast when I come into Conroe for work each day. I have walked out when that lady is out front though; not just because of her poor attitude that day, but I have found that when she is out front, the lines get backed up and service takes forever. Angel has always kept the lines short and provided better service. The difference is enough to make me walk out and grab breakfast next door at S***buc*s, when I come in and see the backed up lines waiting for poor service from her. Angel is the best and a big part of why I come in almost daily.

  Just terrible. Put an order in for pickup at 6:30, got moved to 6:40am then to 6:50am. When I arrived the food wasnt ready. They told me it would be 20 minutes before the last kolaches would be ready. Why put an order the night before when the time will not even be close to honored? They also had the coffee box on there menu. I paid for the coffee box when I arrived they informed me that they did not offer that service there but they were happy to charge me for it. Overall just a terrible experience. They also could not give me a receipt without the coffee that I needed for work.

  Outstanding customer service at this location, specifically from Angel. He is consistently welcoming and greets us with a genuine smile every single time we visit. He’s also incredibly helpful with suggestions—he’s never steered us wrong! It’s rare to find that kind of positive energy in the morning. Highly recommend.
