- LDL DApr 14, 20261.0I’ve been a HEB loyal returning customer for 30 plus years throughout all Cities I’ve lived in Texas. Since moving to Conroe TX for 5 yrs now. I happened to be near this location and decide to do my usual grocery shopping for the week. Alongside buy few $20 scratch lotto tickets but after encounter with the Mexican/Hispanic gentleman manager on duty forcing customers to stand touching other customers while waiting in line just to buy few $20 scratch lotto tickets. CLEARLY show me he had NO KNOWLEDGE as a manager. I was just trying to stayed at least 3ft apart instead of 6ft due to Coronavirus and he made me move up and touch other customers. I made no fuss and quietly walked out in front of his face not buying no grocery nor few $20 scratch lotto tickets. I rather take my business elsewhere than to deal with a manager that doesn’t seem know what COVID is. Will not return to this location and will not RECOMMEND.
