I was discriminated in this store and treated horribly! Ryan immediately shrugged me off as if I wasn’t there! She then calls Torance who dismissed me said they won’t take accountability for any mistakes in the store! I didn’t even purchase my groceries nobody should ever feel this way in a place where they shop. Don’t shop in this location they won’t treat fairly

I am so tired of complaining about going to seafood department and getting overcharged for salmon by a certain older gentleman. He keeps charging me for organic salmon. I have asked him many times if he could make sure to not charge that price and he keeps doing it. He didn't apologize and had an attitude today, but I did get it handled by a manager, but it's so frustrating. Pay attention to the sticker once you receive your seafood.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on the morning of April 16th I visisted HEB after a 16 hour shift at work and caring of a ill family member, I encountered a Grocery Bagger named Evelyn at [3875 West Davis Street, Conroe]. What should have been a routine grocery trip turned into an unnecessarily hostile encounter due to the behavior of a young lady named Evelyn, who was working the bagging lane. As I was checking out, I began helping bag my own groceries to move the line along as I was rushing to get back to work and family duties. Instead of appreciating the help, Evelyn turned to me and asked, in a blatantly rude and condescending tone, “Would you like to do it yourself, then?” Her attitude was immature and unprofessional from the start. The situation escalated over a misunderstanding regarding some old ground beef. There was a minor confusion about the date or quality of the meat something that could have been cleared up in seconds with basic customer service. Instead, Evelyn became defensive and argumentative. Rather than de-escalating, she told me, “Don’t come back to this store if your going to have an attitude" Let me be clear: I was not yelling, swearing, or causing a scene. I also work in customer service and I'm direct but respectful. Being told never to return over a simple misunderstanding about ground beef is not only absurd but a complete failure of professional conduct. Retail employees have difficult jobs, and I am usually very patient. However, Evelyn’s behavior was immature, disrespectful, and completely out of line. No employee regardless of age or frustration should ever speak to a customer that way or ban them from a store without management involvement, and the fact that this happened shows a core issue with this HEB's location. After speaking with another manager who completely dismissed the idea of Evelyn banning a customer I won't be returning to HEB after being treated this way. Never have I experienced anything close to this at any other grocery store (Kroger, Publix, Target, Walmart, Randalls) I expect HEB to address this with Evelyn and her supervisor. Customer service means handling misunderstandings with grace, not hostility. My family and I will not be returning unless I receive a formal apology and assurance that this behavior is not the standard or tolerated.

Tamy at the bakery was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was ordering for my sister-in-law and had a ton of questions, even going back and forth with the manager, and she remained incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail really stood out—she made sure everything was just right and took the time to take pictures of the inspiration picture amd understand exactly what I needed and for the decorator. Truly appreciate her professionalism, care and warm smile. I would highly recommend seeing Tamy for your orders.

Running in to grab some country style pork ribs found a nice selection and headed to the self checkout and that’s where the wheels fell off. It was around 3pm on Monday 04/13/2026. I believe there are 8 self checkout lanes could be a couple more only to find 4 closed 4 open and none available at that time to accept cash. At least 2 of the 4 open had shoppers with more than twice the 10 item limit and at least one of them had over 30 ( why I have no idea) I am not a fan of self checkout anyway or anywhere but alas here I was ……stuck……waiting ……not only for a lane to open but one that accepts cash as the screens alert you beforehand card only no cash. OK no problem but why the attendant allows people with obviously much much much more than 10 items to use this supposed convenience is beyond my level of comprehension. I truly like HEB but this was not there best moment. Convenience only works one way here I suppose and that is for HEB to have one person controlling 8 lanes and not for customer convenience.
