- OOOwenNov 10, 20251.0I go in to get a chocolate frosty and I sit down to eat it and it is SOUR. I go up to the counter and they try some out of the machine and see that it is in fact super sour and tell me they will throw it out. All they offered was a refund and that’s ok, but not ONE of the employees even apologized for giving me expired dairy! The customer service was overall terrible and if you serve a customer food that could make them very sick at the VERY least give them an apology.

I brought it into this location because I was literally 45 minutes away and told them about the situation. The lady at the counter said it was a different company so I just left the large coffee on the counter it wasn't about the $3 it was just about the service. Any hospitality entity has a responsibility to protect the company and take care of their guests.
