She didn't even acknowledge us to take our order, so we left. That was my first experience of rudeness since my family and I have been going there. The food, and customer service has always been great, but today it wasn't. I don't know the women's name, but she shouldn't be working there after what she did. Poor customer service on her part, and mind you we were the only one's that walked in at 3:28pm no line or wait time. If she's working there the next time I go back I'm definitely not letting her take my order!!!đ

The woman who greeted me asked me to speak with the customer so they could choose a different side because the one they requested was not available. The woman who assisted me had very poor personal presentation, a bad attitude, and became upset because I couldnât understand what she was asking for. I politely asked her to explain it to the customer herself, and she became even more irritated, raising her voice as she repeated what I was supposed to say. She went into the kitchen yelling at âCarlosâ in Spanish, saying, âHow the hell do people come to work in the United States without speaking English?â I do speak English â I just use hearing devices, and I couldnât understand her clearly. She came out of the kitchen, slammed the food on the counter, and went back in. She showed no professionalism, no customer service skills, no manners, and no empathy. If you are considering going to this restaurant, I RECOMMEND YOU SKIP THE OPPORTUNITY. Very poor service.
