    Waited 25 minutes for my food with nobody even in the kitchen. No line, no rush, nothing. Just standing there while nothing happened. No explanation, no apology, just wasted time. This is Taco Bell, not a sit-down restaurant. If you’re hungry, don’t come here.

    Came here drive through was backed up and was already sitting there for 10 minutes, decided to come inside to find it even more crowded. Order and waited 10 minutes for them to even take the cash and get drinks then waited 30+ minutes to get the food. Guy at drive through window was so high he could barely stand up straight mentioned to manager and she covered him saying he is just tired very messy and trashy overall.

    Woman on headset was impatient and kept cutting us off when we were ordering. Assuming she was the same person at the window and the same thing. I’ve worked in fast food management for years and customer service is apart of your job. Every time I come here the Dr Pepper is out, and yet the employees still give it out to me. You can tell the soda is a lighter color and yall know it’s out. Management do better.
