    How hard is it to put the food I pay for in my bag!? This is WAY to common and happens WAY WAY to many times!!! Like HOW!?! There wasn’t even a line!!!!!!!

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has happened more than once. I ordered four items, including two drinks, and everything showed up on the screen before pulling up to the window. But when I got my food, one of the items wasn’t on my receipt or in my bag. It seems like they either didn’t ring it up or removed it. On another visit, I was given cold food. Very disappointing, please do better!

    The absolute slowest “fast food” establishment I’ve ever been to. We’ve been here 30 minutes and still have not been served. The lobby is FULL of customers waiting for their food and the employees could care less. Avoid at all costs.

    This Taco Bell used to be one of the best in Conroe. For the last 3 months we have waited for our food for 30 minutes only to have it be Luke warm at best. Hope y'all get it together soon.

    Tried to pickup a to-go order in the drive through. Waiting almost 30 minutes in line to get to the window and still not have the order ready. The smell of marijuana from the window was pungent which isn’t abnormal for Taco Bell, but upsetting nonetheless.
