Went to this location about an hour ago and Whitney ( the heavy set Caucasian woman ) , yelled out to me , while she was waiting on a customer , " the cheese doesn't come with that sandwich , it's extra.". This is the second time I've been to this location and this same chick yelled out at me. I was ordering a turkey sandwich. I will NOT be going to this location until they get rid of her. She's very rude and obnoxious...I went to the one on 242 and got way better service. I will also be sharing this on our neighborhood app...I went back and asked her what her name is and she said it's Whitney. I don't know if that's her real name but , she really needs a job , behind the scenes.

- JKJ KOct 17, 20251.0RUDE! COMBATIVE! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Employee insisted that only 6 slices of turkey go on a footlong turkey sub. I was fairly certain that it was supposed to be 12. This was later verified via email with Subway. She was trying to pick a fight with me. She wasn't just being rude, she was actively trying to start a fight. I am not talking about arguing. She seemed like she really wanted to get physical. The management doesn't care. The franchise owner doesn't care. Corporate doesn't care. They enable this behavior. I will not subject myself to this type of treatment, and I am surely not going to pay someone to do it. This place has turned into a cess pool in the last several years. I will NOT return, and I have made a point to spread the word.
