- DJDonald JustinJan 1, 20261.0I ordered a footlong meatball and pepperoni on the app along with ordering a couple other 6" subs. I used the promo code on the app for the footlong. They were out of the meatballs for the footlong. Instead of letting me switch the sub they were out of for a different one, I would have to pay the difference for it even though I used the promo for any footlong for 6.99 deal. So for me to get any other footlong (even a cheaper one), I would have to pay an additional 4 bucks or more. So I just got the two 6" subs and I guess no refund for the sub they were out of. The lady working was about as unpleasant as you can get when dealing with someone.

Went to this location about an hour ago and Whitney ( the heavy set Caucasian woman ) , yelled out to me , while she was waiting on a customer , " the cheese doesn't come with that sandwich , it's extra.". This is the second time I've been to this location and this same chick yelled out at me. I was ordering a turkey sandwich. I will NOT be going to this location until they get rid of her. She's very rude and obnoxious...I went to the one on 242 and got way better service. I will also be sharing this on our neighborhood app...I went back and asked her what her name is and she said it's Whitney. I don't know if that's her real name but , she really needs a job , behind the scenes.
