  The ladies behind the counter were nice, but they shorted me like half my sandwich. We're paying for a 6in sandwich (not a 4.5in, 😑)

  Hicimos una orden un domingo a las 2pm, llegamos a buscarla a los 20 minutos y ni siquiera la habían empezado… me quedé esperando otros 30 minutos! Tardaban 10 minutos en hacer un sandwich. Esto no es fast food. El video duraba 2 minutos pero solo me dejan subir 30 segundos

  Horrible, I got off the highway to grab some food and use the bathroom. The manager CJ, asked me to use waffle house bathroom as they're restroom was "locked" as they were about to close. I was here an hour before their closing time. Ridiculous..

  I placed a mobile order for two 6-inch subs and one footlong. When I arrived, the employee didn’t greet or acknowledge me. Not a huge deal, but she was chatting with a friend at a table about weekend plans while finishing my order. She then told me I could “grab my two large fountain drinks,” but it wasn’t clear where they were. After looking around, I realized they were behind the register and again, not the end of the world, just confusing. After leaving, I checked my bag in the car and noticed I had three 6-inch subs instead of two and one footlong. I went back in and explained the issue, and she duplicated another six inch to match the missing portion right away and apologized, which I appreciated. Unfortunately when I got home, all three of the sandwiches I ordered were completely mixed up. Wrong breads, toppings, and sauces all on four different sandwiches. It honestly seemed like everything got jumbled together. The store wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure what happened but it was disappointing given how simple the order was. I’ll also note that I got food poisoning from this same location about a year ago, so I really wanted to give it another chance since its very close to my home. After this experience though, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. :(

  This is one of the BEST examples of a REALLY GOOD SUBWAY as they are all supposed to be! The management is clearly on task and the workers are great because all the vegetables are fresh, the bread and meat was great also. The tea- yes they ACTUALLY HAD FRESH AND DRINKABLE TEA, was not sour and had dates clearly on them. Many subways are too lazy to make fresh tea. Why eat a healthy sandwich and drink soda!?? Might as well eat junk food at fast food place if so- The workers all had great attitudes and the store and bathrooms were very clean! You can taste the difference!!! Highly recommend- go to this location and you wont be disappointed!
