  WHY doesn't this Subway location allow app orders or honor national promotions? You can’t even get credit for purchasing a sub this location if you are a part of their rewards program.

  I ordered a salad for delivery. When I got the salad there was very little lettuce in the container. I had to lift it up and look at the bottom to see the lettuce. I had to use my 30 minute lunch bread to return the salad. I asked for a manager and the girl told me there was not a manager in the store. The girl didn't know how to contact the manager or owner. She did not know the owners name or the name of the franchise. This, to me, means a lazy business owner that has nothing to do with the business. There is no indication on or in the building, nor on the receipt on how or who to contact for customer issues. The survey on the receipt is a joke as is the response you get (I'm sorry that your visit didn't go as planned) (no reply email). The owner and manager should be ashamed of this kind of customer service as should the corporate company.

  The staff here are always attentive and friendly. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the dining area and drink station. The freshness and presentation of the food is excellent. I've been in many Subway restaurants across the country. After multiple visits to this one, I think this one is the most organised and well managed I've been in.

  I went there and waited in a long line because only one guy was working. My son wanted meatballs but they were out. I asked for a regular flat bread and got wheat instead. (I don’t normally get flatbread so I couldn’t tell until I unwrapped it) the guy working was very short with me and the people in front of me. He didn’t tell me my total just expected me to read it and hand him the money. I also didn’t get a receipt. I love how close it is to my house and come often but not if it continues like this. I wasted my money.
