I paid by the app and the charge me twice then when I tell the lady what was happens she doesn’t help at all said call your bk The service was bad the guy was angry for no season and never come back at all that people don’t have any maner

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order online for pick up, walked into the store. The order was not ready. The young man Fernando asked if he could help me. I explained that I was here to pick up my online order. All of the customers had left. He looked at me and said it’s not ready to which I replied. OK can you make it and he said yes he proceeded to make the order exactly as I ordered it online. I’m standing there with the receipt the order number in my hand proof of payment verification of everything that I had ordered the sandwiches which he made, and he refused to give them to me because he could not see my name on the order and it was not on the online receipt. I had to get him to grab his coworker so that I could verify everything with the coworker just to get my order and leave. Fernando gave the absolute worst service gave me an attitude the entire time and then refused to give me the order, I had placed ahead of time 30 minutes before I picked it up.

Ordered 2 footlongs online
One toasted one non toasted -both were extra toasted where the ends were super hard,
Ordered extra meat on one got no extra meat and
Didn’t get the right cheese didn’t look very pleasing either, I was really craving subway but after this doubt I’ll be back for a while
