- ALAngelica Larnertoday1.0Every SINGLE time I order from this location they get my order wrong. Why is it that when I order from 3rd party they don’t care about accuracy?? They constantly make my order all wrong. I ask for Italian herbs and cheese. They give me plain bread or MULTIGRAIN!! I did not order this and they didn’t even attempt to contact me to see what I want. I spend way too much money ordering from here for them to make my order wrong every single time. My sandwich was not toasted yesterday. They also haven’t had tuna in 2 days. They never have the cheese I want and they left the pepperoni off my sandwich. AGAIN!! And this isn’t even the only few examples. For MONTHS I have been trying to order because I love subway and they screw it up everytime to a point where I’m disgusted by this location. Management needs to do something about this. And you can’t use the excuse of “we are waiting for our truck” because I’ve ordered from here on all kinds of different days and times over the last few years and it’s ALWAYS WRONG. THIS STAFF IS JUST NOT DOING THEIR JOBS.
