The pulled pork was not as succulent as I remember. Rudy's beans are super good and Smoky flavored, these are just kind of like plain beans. It has the same look an appeal as the other Rudy's, which is a kind of a cool layout and everybody was friendly there and helpful, I was just very disappointed with the quality of food, we brought friends who were traveling from Canada there hoping to show them some good barbecue and it was mediocre at best. Having been to other Rudy's I wish these guys the best. At their other restaurants are phenomenal, I hope they come up to the standards of the other restaurants because Rudy's is a fine company.

During the baseball season, this place NEVER shows the Astros games unless someone requests it. Today, at the beginning of the college basketball season, there was nothing on any of the tv’s except college basketball and only two different games out of all the tv’s in this place including the back room. You know what else is on tv today? NFL games including the Houston Texans but the managers in their infinite wisdom want UCONN/DePaul basketball on 5 tv’s and another game on the rest. The season doesn’t even get interesting until late February and the NBA season goes until June. NFL is winding down now now with playoffs right around the corner. Why does this place hate local sports teams? Or is it corporate hq that hates Houston? Either way, this place needs to remove televisions and maybe then, you won’t disappoint customers with your moronic channel selection.
