As someone who has problems with their teeth, crunchy topping is not what I wanted to eat on my birthday. I'm a repeat customer, I order at least every 2 weeks. Sometimes every week. Is it too much to ask that I get at least 1 order with nothing wrong?! Not to mention I got charged extra for something I did not receive!! Whether I was charged 200.00 or simply 0.25, I was charged for something I did not receive. At least this time my whole order wasn't wrong.
