I spent damn near $300 to have dry, hard brisket and beans that were not cooked thoroughly. 👎 Normally you get excellent food from any and all Pappas restaurants, not sure what is going on with this Bbq location in Oakridge but save your money - go elsewhere.

Lady told me I can go online and place the order but it would still have to be the same problem as I don't have my card with me when checking out. Honestly maybe what I'm upset at the most is the level of I don't care received when trying to place the order.

Initially, they weren't sure where to find it, but after 3 staff members got involved, they found it. I asked them to change gloves, and if they could change knives and wipe down the cutting board, which it seemed they did. Anyway, cut to 15 minutes later where I'm clutching my stomach, feeling like I'm going to throw up, and having a really bad time in the bathroom, and I'm going to assume they skipped a step to make sure the food was safe. Anyway, won't be back and will make sure to post this review on all gluten-free apps and websites so this doesn't happen to anyone else again.
