  Upon arrival, ordered appetizer along with a cocktail. As we enjoyed our cocktail our main course was ordered. After enjoying our salad and appetizer we sat 45 mins waiting for the main course. We inquire and we're informed our order had never been placed. A manager approached our table and Lexi the manager handled our situation very sweetly and gracefully. Lexington was very communicative and provided the utmost customer and respect.

  My friend and I came to enjoy our meal, but we found out from the manager Lexi that it was never rang in after sitting for 45 min. So, she was super nice and took care of it for us. Lexi is a stellar manager! She was very sweet and pleasant.

  I'd like to thank our server Darlene immensely! We went to dinner at Pappadeaux on I45 late this week with our 10 y/o Autistic son. She wasn't only cordial and pleasant as well as professional, she showed compassion as she recognized our son by talking to him as he admired her tie. Then to take it a step further, she took her tie off and allowed him to feel it and hold it as we dined. Her acknowledgement of our son and the care to involve him in the dining process was wonderful. I'm very pleased and appreciative of her interaction with our son, but her aura is far reaching as I watched her sit with and talk to an elderly couple nearby with heartfelt compassion and care. It's individuals such as her that remind me of the goodness in people instead of the badness. I appreciate Pappadeaux for having such a wonderful and delightful server with such positive energy.   I ordered through doordash. Got the shrimp and crawfish fondue, completely inedible, for something that cost almost $30 you would think they would make it correct but instead I got seafood swimming in grease and oil, not creamy or cheesey at all! I honestly think they forgot to put the cheese in. Absolutely atrocious i want my money back but doordash would only give me $5. Never ordering from here again.

  Had a birthday luncheon at Pappadeaux The Woodlands. Original plan was to eat at Pappa’s on the notth frwy. When we arrived at Pappa’s we found it was closed being renovated to reopen as a Pappadeaux. Any way we have lunch at Pappadeaux and the spinach crab dip in NO WAY compares to Pappa’s nor did the Greek salad. Lunch for 4 (no alcohol) was $170 not including the tip. The only thing we really enjoyed was the fried catfish fillets and shrimp. What a travesty Pappa’s is closed. We will not be eating at this Pappadeaux location again.
