There was a handwritten list taped to the counter notifying us they were out of at least 15 items. It was written in various ink and handwriting - meaning the list has been there awhile and keeps growing. The drink station was disassembled and replaced by 1-gallon pitchers with only sweet tea. The whole(large) salad came with barely 2 oz of chicken, but should have been at least 4 oz. The restroom was dirtier than a gas station restroom.

I fully expected the filling station on the corner sold ice. My wife told me she almost decided to walk. Hey, guys, a little outside the box thinking could have earned you points instead of losing them.

Today, around 9am, I was helped by Perla, and her natural smile and kindness truly stood out — she made my morning feel brighter. Everything else was great as usual — the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Just one small note: the light in the women’s restroom has been out. This is the third time this month I’ve noticed it. I hope it gets fixed soon, as it slightly affects an otherwise very pleasant experience.
