    First timer here! Initially my experience was great but soured quickly. At first it was great we went in looking to try several different items and decide what we were going to serve at an upcoming event. The gentleman that helped us was so attentive gave us recommendations and checked us out swiftly. We tried the items there and I went up to purchase a water bottle and an off the shelve item. I waited At the counter for several minutes. I made eye contact with several employees but was still ignored. A lady was packaging the order for another customer comes to the register sets their order in front of me realizes it’s not for me and moves to the next register. Proceeds to check out the group that just walks up (the order she packaged) . Once she completes their checkout which takes some time Because she has to price reference several items and then proceeds to check me out. At no point was I acknowledge or told anything about being skipped over in line I found it really rude. The pastries are really good but the service experience kind of ruined it for me.
