  First timer here! Initially my experience was great but soured quickly. At first it was great we went in looking to try several different items and decide what we were going to serve at an upcoming event. The gentleman that helped us was so attentive gave us recommendations and checked us out swiftly. We tried the items there and I went up to purchase a water bottle and an off the shelve item. I waited At the counter for several minutes. I made eye contact with several employees but was still ignored. A lady was packaging the order for another customer comes to the register sets their order in front of me realizes it’s not for me and moves to the next register. Proceeds to check out the group that just walks up (the order she packaged) . Once she completes their checkout which takes some time Because she has to price reference several items and then proceeds to check me out. At no point was I acknowledge or told anything about being skipped over in line I found it really rude. The pastries are really good but the service experience kind of ruined it for me.

  Montgomery Bakehouse is absolutely the best bakery in Montgomery County Smells delicious when you walk in! The staff is so professional,nice & friendly as can be. The atmosphere is so inviting and warm. They not only have the best of everything,but they also sell such cute holiday gift ideas. 🍞🥖🥨🍰🍪🫓🥖💕

  This is one of the cutest bakeries I've ever been to! As someone who has been in the baking industry, this layout was thought through perfectly. They have 4 large cases filled with goodies, including ready made cakes. They even sell homemade bread. Holiday menus were easily found, which impressed me. They offer classes, and sell some adorable souvenirs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chocolate chip cookie was very delicious. The chocolate pecan chewy was delicious and grows on you the more you eat it. The Texas tornado cookie was yummy, and has a slight almond flavor making it very unique. The cream puff was a little dry, but I loved the amount of cream they used, as most places skimp. Be aware it is Bavarian cream and not pastry cream. I will definitely be back if I'm back in TX. Wishing this bakery lots of success!❤️

  Never disappointed. The Texas tornados are my favorite!! Their cakes are always a winner too!

  Such a fun place to stop. The building is so cool. Super nice inside - lots of fun delicious treats to chose from. Can't go wrong.
