  The gentleman at drive through window was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't belive his tone and demeanor upon first interaction. All because i drove up to the second window (because no one was at the first window after a 5 minute wait). I litterally didnt have to say one word and he seemed to have a meltdown. The food was also subpar. Certainly won't be going there again.

  5/5 Stars – I stopped by during the lunch rush, and I was impressed by how quickly the line moved. My Quarter Pounder was hot and fresh, and the fries were perfectly salted and crispy. The dining area was also very clean. One of the better-managed locations I’ve been to recently!

  This is by far my favorite McDonald's in Conroe and even the greater Houston area! I always get quick, friendly, and efficient service. I never have a complaint about the food. Also, I came just now to redeem my 99 cent coffee from the rewards app and the manager, Crystal, brought out this treasure box and gave each of my kids a stuffie 😍😭😭 It was such a wonderful experience and it really lifted up my entire day! I really really love this location. Also, every time I see Aida at the window she's got a beautiful smile on her face. Y'all make me happy to be a customer

  I had placed a order for pickup through the app and I had pulled up to the drive through and the lady acted like she didn’t know where my order was and started making it as I was in the drive thru. Waited about 30-45 min for some guy didn’t know his name but he handed me my food and I looked and I realized I didn’t have my drinks. So I stated I didn’t get my drinks and he proceeded to say “uggh, r you serious?” And as he came back with the drinks I kindly asked for a couple of ranches and he reacted with an attitude and said “Anything else!?!” I quickly said no and drove off

  This McDonald's does not care about there customers..I went to use my rewards and got nothing for my points and I was told since the manger messed up I was just out of luck. I will not support any McDonald's anymore. They care nothing for there valued customers. U have to be Hispanic to get good service. Any other race gets the nasty attitude they have. The works at this location give u dirty looks. Never smiling g and food is always cold. Don't eat here
