  This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds. I went 11/18 a little before 9pm but I’ve had this experience repeatedly at this location. There was only one car in front of me but it took forever for them to take my order and get my food out and when they did the order was wrong. And there are so many people back there working I don’t understand how they can take so long just to get me the wrong food. They had bad attitudes as well. I really love McDonalds but this location isn’t worth it.

  I guess they didn’t train the drive through staff. Having to repeat my order multiple times just for it to be wrong is great customer service.

  As a veteran...I have never been more humiliated and disappointed in a restaurant than I have been tonight. I came to this location around 640pm to get my veteran's day meal and clearly it was stated on the window an extra value meal for the veterans. When I tried to order my meal...the manager told me I had to pick off the mcvalue meal..but it didn't state that. I told her thats not what it says on your sign..it states an extra value meal. She completely blew me off and said something really rude to the cashier in terms of these are the meals u give the veterans which was an hot and spicy or a double cheeseburger. I kept telling the cashier thats not right and the manager says she doesn't care and walked off mumbling. The way they treat customers and veterans at this location is ridiculous!! Why have a sign up if you're not going to honor it?? Then have the nerve to try and humiliated me!!! Please people don't come to this location!! They don't have respect for customers or veterans!!!

  The place was clean, workers were friendly. They made sure to let us know which drink was a diet. However, the food wasn't as good. It tasted okay, but it was as if they threw the sauce on heavily and sent it out. All of the sandwiches dropped a lot of sauce onto the ones eating them. The meat seemed old.

  Hoy pase por esta tienda intente darles una tercera oportunidad, las 2 anteriores terribles, una de ellas me enviaron una hamburguesa sin carne!! Hoy pase después de un camino de 30 minutos de regreso a casa. Llego a casa y no me habían puesto mi BiG Mac. Tuve que regresar a reclamar a la tienda y la chica de la ventana se río, y luego llamaron a la manager que simplemente le dijo a otro empleado que se encargue del problema, simplemente terrible servicio!! No vuelvo mas aquí..
