Employee on speaker in drive thru was very rude and sighing very loudly on the speaker when having trouble looking for my order. He did not want to assist and was very obvious about it. When he finally found my order he didn't direct me to the window i had to ask if it was ok. Once i got to the pickup window a different employee was handing me my order. The employee with the headset on walked behind him glaring at me and gave me a dirty look. Trying to intimidate me. He was a heavier cross-eyed white man and i am a five foot twenty five year old woman, he had no business trying to intimidate me no matter my demographic. I also had my children in the car who i felt he put in danger by trying to intimidate me. When i asked the employee at the window for the rude employees name, he understandably hesitated to give it to me probably because he was standing nearby. He said it was Keith but could be a different name.

Para que tienen personal disque trabajando si te cancelan la orden y te disen en ventana tu orden la cancelaste si no quieren trabajar que busquen otro lugar luego ellos se quejan de que uno es rasista pero no es así si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo aria pésimo servicio de noche esto me pasa por segunda ves alas 3:30 am y 4:00 am deberían cambiar el personal estoy seguro que venden den bastante pero con este tipo de personal ni ganas dan de volver

Very unprofessional service! As a former Mcdonalds employee I was disappointed and I wish the owner knew how much money this would cost them. We waited at the speaker to an employee giggling and saying hold on. Then after each item we ordered she said okay pull up.....I had several people left to order for. She did this after EVERY SINGLE ITEM. she was very rude and I really wanted to just drive away. Will not be back!
