  They NEVER double check the orders before pushing them out the window and the employees have a poor attitude. Im tired of ALWAYS having my order messed up. Each meal should go in a separate bag because not everyone likes their food handled and STOP putting the fries in sideways...they get dumped in the bag

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 20 minutes having ordered on the app. Only for at 10:55 they stopped letting people get their food. I understand we all want to get home but the way the handled everything was horrendous. Just turned out the lights and stopped responding to everyone. Also could see a chick in there crashing out, I COULD SEE OUR FOOD IN THE WINDOW. 0/5 stars recommend

  First & last visit. Ordered 3 Big Mac meals, 3 holiday pies and 20pc nugget with fries basket. Disengaged, unfriendly customer service. Then there were no med lids available. My daughter went to the counter to let them know the lid container was empty. And to request 3 lids. The employee just walked away from her and started doing other things. So I went up. By this time, it's the manager at the counter. I tell him the same thing that was told to his employee. He says ok and proceeds to take the order of the man who had just approached the counter. I demanded that I be given the lids NOW!! We had already placed our order at least 15 mins prior and had already requested lids twice! Then we finally get our order and there's only 19 nuggets and SUPER dry Big Macs. There seemed to be only a ketchup packet worth of sauce on each burger, smh. Then there's the room temperature fries and them trying to persuade us to take cookies bc they only had 2 pies to give. And it would take 10 mins to make more. Ok, so then make them! We're dinning in anyway and it's literally only 5:45 pm. This location is greatly lacking on so many levels. And save your generic resources bc it's insulting. Just do better!

  I have had nothing but the WORST interactions and customer service from this location. The employees are HIGHLY unprofessional and rude simply for what seems like that they are just not happy with their place of employment or their life in general. The cashier working the drive thru taking orders tonight wearing a black Puma hoodie was one of the most unpleasant employees I’ve EVER dealt with. Cut me off mid sentence, then hands me the wrong drink then with an attitude tells me “hand me that drink back, that’s not your drink”. Absolute MISERABLE of a human being that doesn’t deserve a single dollar of whatever her wage is per hour. I usually take into consideration that people have bad days, but this experience was SO bad that there was no way I wouldn’t leave a review. She wasn’t in uniform and wasn’t wearing a name tag otherwise, I’d happily drop her name.

  Ordered a large caramel frappe for my mother in law, the guy who took our order turned it into mocha frappe, then disappeared from the order window so I couldn't correct him. When I paid for it, I told him about the error, and he told me to pull up to the next window and they would fix it. The lady at that window told us to pull up to the NEXT window so she could remake it. We waited at that window for 20 minutes before my wife finally went inside and they gave her a carmel frappe that had already melted. If there was a trolley problem with this McDonalds on one set of tracks and nothing on the other, I would let the trolley run over McDonalds.
