In my 6 years in the Houston and surrounding areas of Texas, I've lived in so many different areas. From the Heights, to Spring, to Cypress, to Conroe but this has been by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is so often so fresh, the employees understanding customer service and have gone above and beyond for me countless times. I've always joked that it's surprising coming from a location attached to a gas station but they really exceed my expectations time and time again. When I want McDonald's, I go out of my way to come to THIS location. Highly recommend in every way, Especially the overnight manager.

One of my worst experiences at a McDonald’s. Walk in, trash everywhere, fries, wrappers, napkins all over floor. There wasn’t a single clean table for my family and I to eat on. Went to order at front counter because no kiosks were open, waited for several minutes for someone to take my order all while several employees stood around. Then the person taking my order told someone in drive thru they need a minute. It’s understandable that it gets busy and stuff happens but this was terrible shift management and needs coaching. Many of the issues would have been resolved if it was better management. Also my order took 20 minutes, which id be ok with if the food was fresh, however it was all lukewarm and old. Both kids meals, all fries and McDouble were bad and missing some of my order. When I went back to the front counter to ask for resolve; again I waited forever to be acknowledged. This whole shift was terribly ran from positioning, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. Who ever was in charge of running the shift on 2/11 9:30pm needs some serious coaching, and the support manager too. I hope to be contacted about how this whole visit can be resolved and made right.

So I came in to the McDonald's and I couldn't order but thru drive thru and the sweet lady was so sweet and went above and beyond what she is entitled to

One of the most despicable McDonalds locations I have ever been to. Evening/night shift employees are too lazy to take orders even when their line is broken down, and I have to order in the app because they never listen to the orders carefully. One of the guys always seems to have an attitude AND hearing problem at the drive thru every time I have the misfortune of getting him.
