No matter what I order, I have recently been asked to pull into a parking space for them to bring out my order. I do not order anything special. Here recently the people working there are so rude. I said thank you to the young lady that took my payment, and she didn’t say a word. I mean come on!

I ordered 2 McGriddles and hash browns from the drive thru and only received 2 biscuits. They got my order completely wrong and I guess hoped I wouldn't notice.

Ask for fresh food and food was still clearly old. This is almost everytime I go to this location and the ladies are not nice there. Rather go up a mile to the McDonald in new Caney

I went to get a Big Mac combo. When I was checking the accuracy of the order I noticed the fries were half full. I asked for the fries to get filled and I was refused, saying "they're all the same". The manager showed me another medium fries and the one she had in her hand was more full than the one I got. It is a complete fraudulent activity when I paid full price for a product when I don't even get what I said for.
