I come up to the window and they gave me my other drinks, and I said, I didn’t get my iced coffee? Their response was, you wanted to add a large iced coffee? My response was,” no, I used my code for the large iced coffee. They then told me, we didn’t get a code for that… Then why would you ask what flavor for the coffee? They then ask what was the code, I gave the code again at the window for food pickup.. the lady behind her is asking what’s going on and she tells her, I don’t know and closes the window… This location has very poor customer service!!! Do better or go back and watch your training videos!
