- KGK GFeb 25, 20261.0Went to try to get a cake from the bakery dept. I waited a long time and even though there was ppl back there. No one provided service. I tried to make myself known and even made eye contact with a male baker and an older baker lady. They just looked at me straight in the eye and avoided me. Ended up leaving with nothing. I must of waited 20mins to be attended. Y’all need a bell or be more attentive to customers. Heb customer service skills in this area see to be nonexistent. Regional managers need to address this issue. Reteach basic customer service skills.
