- CRCheyenne ReinaDec 29, 20255.0On Sunday December 28th 2025, I had went to HEB and at the end of my trip I found myself having complications after donating plasma, the managers were very quick to notice that there was something wrong and one was even hand feeding me to help me get my sugar back up and giving me water by hand as well. I have never experienced that level of care from anybody at a grocery store ever, and I feel incredibly grateful that they were there to help.

I’m barely getting my first item and this lady rudely comes over to me and tells me we are closed you need to leave. I ask if I could grab milk real quick because that’s what I needed and “No” I’ve been going to this H-E-B my whole life… crazy. It’s Christmas month she couldn’t do me this solid what joke.
- JGJazzy GravesNov 27, 20251.0Shopped here 01/01/2025 was in self checkout I purchased 10 items ,the second thing I scanned was some crossaint donuts for $5.95 after tending my total Gina the associate walks up and ask me was I foing to pay for the donuts…I was so embarrassed because everyone was staring at me ..I continued to ask for a Manager and she rolled her eyes at me and told me to talk to a different associate who was not a manager .This is embarrassing and disrespectful to a paying customer!I will be going up higher in the hierarchy with this complaint!
