I was shopping for wine and I was looking for a Malbec and I asked a wine steward there her name was Mo,I believe .she responded with we don’t have it very rude like she was very upset . That is not a way to respond to a customer. I was shocked at her response . I kept walking and I found the wine so she was lying that they didn’t have it . I don’t know why HEB has someone like her working with customers when she has a horrible attitude .

The current complaint escalation process at H-E-B appears fundamentally flawed. When concerns are raised with corporate regarding misconduct by a store manager at 10200 TX-242, Conroe, location a request is made to escalate the issue to the district level, the complaint is routed back to the very manager being reported. This creates a clear conflict of interest and allows the matter to be intercepted before it ever reaches appropriate oversight. Additionally, when customers leave public reviews, H-E-B’s corporate responses routinely direct them to call the same corporate number, which initiates the identical process without resolution. This results in a closed loop that prevents accountability, discourages transparency, and renders the escalation process ineffective. H-E-B’s escalation process is ineffective by design allowing the corruption to continue. But I will not be silenced and this matter will not be dismissed or quietly redirected. Through continued documentation and appropriate escalation, these concerns will be brought to the attention of H-E-B’ senior leadership and ownership, including Charles Butt, Howard Butt, Stephen Butt, and other relevant executive stakeholders. Everyone will be notified about the corrupt manager, at 10200 TX-242, Conroe…. EVERYONE.

I was shopping at HEB tonight doing self check out and when I was leaving, my cart suddenly locked up causing me to hit my shin on the cart which gave me a bone bruise. Suddenly an associate appeared and asked me for my receipt which I provided, and then told me it was part of their anti theft system and that I could put ice on the bruise. Are you kidding me! I thought it was bad enough at Walmart but this is ridiculous. I don't shop lift but apparently if I do self check out and the machine is off, I can look forward to my cart giving me a bone bruise. Really going to have to think about if it's worth shopping here....

I am so disappointed with this store I being an Heb customer for so many years and I always being happy with their customer service and everything, recently I moved and I drive extra to go to my nearest Heb, just to find that not all Heb stores have the same policy or same customer service. At this store when I used a coupon (THE STORE COUPON) they find a reason to say that the coupon doesn't apply and because I'm always in a hurry and I don't really need what I'm buying I said ok. Because I don't have time to deal with it. It has happened several times and as I said I'm a regular customer so I do know how their coupons work. But today was wow they day their really surprised me, as I was paying for my groceries I remember I had forgotten something but because the cashier had already started I thought I'll pay for this and go back.. getting what I forgot I was careful to put it separate from all these stuff that I had already paid for and when I came to the cashier to my surprised I was asked to show my receipt for the other stuff and like I said I was surprised I told the lady that it was my first time being asked for a receipt and she told me it was their policy.. and she took her time to look at the entire thing (I HAD A LONG RECEIPT ) and I told her I needed to leave but she didn't mind and till she read the whole thing gave it back, her name is Debbie H.. I am so disappointed I doubt I'm coming back I don't know if is the manager or just the people they have because is not only one "incident " but multiple
