Didn’t tell me my price at the box and didn’t even tell me my price at the window. Just took my card I asked a worker passing by my price she told me hold on. When the original woman at the drive thru window returned I I asked her my price and instead of opening her mouth and telling me she just handed me my receipt. Silence is not key when you are in customer service.

Paid for the specialty drink, didn’t get it. This place has a low-star rating for a reason. This location gets a lot of reviews about service, and they are not joking, the lady at the counter genuinely looks like she just doesn’t wanna be there which is fine but don’t get a customer service facing job. They’re lucky I didn’t have time to wait today. next time I’ll make sure I do. Original- This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I usually order one of the signature drinks—something that should come exactly as advertised without any customization needed—but they almost always leave something out. It’s frustrating to pay for a drink that’s never made right. On top of that, the service feels stale and indifferent, like they’re just going through the motions. I shouldn’t have to double-check or remind them how to make their own “signature” menu items. Definitely needs improvement.
