Ordered an iced coffee for my wife and as she began to drink it she noticed something at the bottom of her cup. She then fished out some sort of piece of metal equipment from her drink. Looks to be part of a chain, but don't worry, the employees were zero help. Nobody ever answers the phone and if you're lucky enough to get a hold of someone they could care less about any kind of customer satisfaction. The manager was always gone, couldn't provide a refund, blamed it on me, the excuses were endless. My wife likes their coffee and was a regular customer but after this experience and the zero help afterwards we will never go to Dunkin again.
