I don’t know what’s going on with the hospitality at some of these franchise locations, but experiences like this make it very clear why local mom-and-pop shops are starting to win people over. Imagine having a fantastic morning — everything going right — and then pulling into the drive-thru at 7:15 AM only for your entire mood to shift because of poor service. Absolutely absurd. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. A simple smile, a polite tone, or even minimal customer service effort would have made a difference. Instead, it felt like customers were an inconvenience. Where is the management when you need it? At this point, I would rate this location one star — if that. Dunkin’ as a brand can do better, but this store seriously needs attention.
