  Double/Triple check everything before you leave this store. They are constantly getting worse. No customer engagement upon entering. Relying too heavily on the touchscreens to take customers orders. Not quality checking the product before serving. Unless things are significantly improved, they will no longer have to worry about me as a customer.

  Limited donut choices and no munchkin. Even mornings aren’t much better. I was there with two children, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with someone sleeping inside the shop. I hope management can improve both the product availability and overall environment, because I’d love to see this place do better. The one down the road is way better even though it’s older.

  I don't shop here often but when I do, I order the same drink served cold with no ice because when I have ordered with light ice, it's never served 'light'. Today I ordered the same thing and usually get the drink served somewhat not full but full enough that I am content and understand it can't be full due to them not serving any ice. This time, it was almost halfway full. I told the cashier this isn't how it's usually made and to have it be filled more to meet the line which is how it is given to me. I even pointed out to the cashier that his manager was standing behind looking and listening to us and that she is the one that has served me before and knows how I order my drink. Whatever was spoken between them both when the cashier closed his window and she never came up to the window to say anything, shows how bothered they are to do their job that it led the cashier to be rude and unprofessional to me.

  *Avoid this place, bad service* I went to get the meal deal - saw an ad during NFL commercials - pulled up at around 630am and it took ~15 minutes to get a meal deal. I was the only one in line, no one behind me, and they were moving extremely slow. Building the Croissant sandwich like they were done Michelin star sous chef. When it came to the coffee, she asked again if I wanted cream and sugar, but just prior I told her oat milk and a different sweetener. However, she was insistent that they don't substitute each other and kept asking again "do you want cream or sugar?". Figured she didn't get the hint and wanted an explicit "no". After 15 minutes of going through the drive thru with no one else in line for a meal deal, I would 100% tell everyone I know to just avoid this establishment completely.
