  The plain bagel I got with cream cheese was extremely tough and hard to chew, almost like elastic gum. It didn’t taste fresh and the texture was very unpleasant. What’s surprising is that the inside of the store actually looks nice and well kept. It’s a bit disappointing because the place has a good atmosphere, but the food quality didn’t match that expectation.

  They misheard my order but fixed it at the window (: 10/10 service and the person working the window 1/14/26 morning shift was super polite

  Double/Triple check everything before you leave this store. They are constantly getting worse. No customer engagement upon entering. Relying too heavily on the touchscreens to take customers orders. Not quality checking the product before serving. Unless things are significantly improved, they will no longer have to worry about me as a customer.

  Limited donut choices and no munchkin. Even mornings aren’t much better. I was there with two children, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with someone sleeping inside the shop. I hope management can improve both the product availability and overall environment, because I’d love to see this place do better. The one down the road is way better even though it’s older.
