I walked into Arby's around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday and the yelling, angry, obnoxious, tatooed-to-the fingernails, antagonistic employee, talking over the manager on duty is a problem. I was charged $13.40 for my account, while they're terminal said "declined". The heavily tattooed, loud and obnoxious employee proceeded to declare out loud that "he (me) probably has a negative balance, it not our fault!,". The manager on duty was asked at least twice what the store number was. "1884" ....it's 7884. The worst service/horror story at lunch you can have. Being charged by a rage-filled clerk, and leaving with no lunch. I'm sure she wants this to be over. I think management my have something to say about it, before it's all over....

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience.
On January 17 this year, I successfully placed an online order for a milkshake. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, the staff informed me that the milkshake machine was broken and they were waiting for a technician to repair it. They also said they did not know when the technician would arrive. The employee told me that I could take my receipt to any other store within the same chain and pick up my order there without any problem.
Based on that information, I drove to another location closer to my home on the same day. However, the staff at that store told me that it was not possible to redeem the order there.
This entire experience was extremely frustrating. I wasted a significant amount of time driving between stores and also wasted gas. The inconsistent information and lack of coordination between locations were very disappointing. Because of this experience, I do not plan to visit this brand again in the future.

we had a wonderful meal fast, hot and ready with a great staff. I would definitely recommend this as a stop.
I got a chicken wrap. Way smaller than I expected. Husband got beef nuggets. They were cooked well done and too dry. Food quality has gone down over the years. I probably won’t be back.
