- MUMariela U5 days ago1.0We stopped by for coffee tonight and had a young boy, buz cut with beige shirt/hoodie take our order. We were undeceive a bit I think that is what must have bothered him, hospitality is USUALY really great! We love coming here, unfortunately this time we did not feel welcomed. The boy was dry and rude he rolled his eyes at us multiple times as if we were giving him a hard time or he did not want to be there. 1 star because the drinks never disappoint but tonight’s service did.
- CMChristine Marker5 days ago2.0The first time we went, it was for training before the grand opening. All of our drinks were fantastic. Of course we went back. Ever since that first visit, it has declined. Every single time, our drinks have been wrong. They would read it back correctly, but it was not correct when we got it. My last straw was an extra $1 for no ice. Apparently, because we would end up with "double the product and they need to recoup that money". I so wanted to love this place.

All the people that work there have been great with me. Im just leaving the place rn and AJ just finished helping me out. AJ is such a helpful sweetheart.
- BWBrooke WilkersonDec 17, 20255.0I love this location!!!! My boyfriend and I come here almost every day and most of the time we bring our dog Roscoe with us. They always have a pup cup ready for him! They play great music and the staff is always nice and in a great mood. Especially MJ!!! :)

However, the last two visits my husband and I have been stuck with rude employees which sours the experience. If bad attitudes are the norm at this location, dutch bros and starbucks are a block away.
