- LALxL AdminMar 13, 20261.0First and foremost I’ve been going this location for awhile now and have not had issues. Been going to Dunkin for forever and same thing for the most part no issues. I have been getting the same beverage for years and it always includes whip cream in fact my husband has to ask for the same beverage to be without whip cream. So today when I was handed my drink without it, after I ask she tells me that they charge for whip cream? How does a beverage that includes whip cream that at every other location including there’s has never charged me for? And once i expressed it she goes”well I can add it after I charge you” I could get it maybe if this was my first time having this drink or even my first time getting it at their location but nope…. The employee also appeared to be either extremely tired or high. This location needs to do better

I’m asked for an assortment of donut holes. It’s like they didn’t even look at the order specifically because we didn’t get the donut hole that we ordered. It took so long to get our food. I wasn’t about to go take it back. They need to have more people working. Their workers looked very overworked.
