  Not impressed. No dining, no restrooms, and an insane amount of road noise. Love CFA but will never return to this location. Big L!

  Love Chick-fil-A. This is the first (only?) exclusively drive-thru facility I have experienced. No lobby! Stop here for a quick, tasty meal. Don't stop here to go potty. 😁

  Do not skim the fries! Do not steal from your customer's purchase. This shit is not a joke. I swear on my life I did not make it look like this, I had one quarter sized flake of one fry because I realized what you did to me. I paid extra to upsize this order. Cheapo BS like this is why I haven't been to the conroe whataburger in three years, or the conroe taco bell(a) in two years. Stop stealing from customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  It’s 9:56 pm I’m driving towards the drive thru to check if I can still order before closing.. Just as I’m about to drive up to the speaker an employee jumps within 2-3 ft in front of my car with 2 cones, If I wouldn’t have been paying attention I would’ve run him over. He was standing there checking his phone and just as I drove next to him he decided to jump in front on my car. If you’re close, you’re close and that’s understandable. But DO NOT JUMP IN FRONT OF PEOPLE’S CARS!!! Employee argued with me as if he didn’t intentionally just almost damaged my car and out himself at risk. I spoke with the manager about the incident who seemed to not care as if this was normal procedure!?? Using common sense you could’ve extended your hand to make it known that you’re about to close. No needed to jeopardize people’s property or your own legs, it’s not that deep but that guy is an idiot.

  Have been going to this location since it opened. The food is always good. Properly prepared and served according to the companies standards. The one thing that has changed over the last couple of months is the quality of the staff. Service has gotten slower. The original crew was always very fast and accurate with the orders. This new bunch doesn't seem to take the same pride in their work. More than a few times my order was not correct. Also, the line that used to go quickly has gotten so slow at times, I have pulled out of line and gone to a different Chick-fil-A or gone to a competitor for my food. I'll keep giving them chances but if this poor service keeps up, I'll spend my money someplace else.
