- RORook the Radical OneMar 4, 20261.0I walked into Arby's around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday and the yelling, angry, obnoxious, tatooed-to-the fingernails, antagonistic employee, talking over the manager on duty is a problem. I was charged $13.40 for my account, while they're terminal said "declined". The heavily tattooed, loud and obnoxious employee proceeded to declare out loud that "he (me) probably has a negative balance, it not our fault!,". The manager on duty was asked at least twice what the store number was. "1884" ....it's 7884. The worst service/horror story at lunch you can have. Being charged by a rage-filled clerk, and leaving with no lunch. I'm sure she wants this to be over. I think management my have something to say about it, before it's all over....
