  We had a really bad time at this place ,it took over an hour for the food to come out wile other people sat down after us and still got their food before we did,we got tired of wating so i asked the hostess for bill so we can pay for the drinks so we could go somewhere else but the manager came to talk to us and went check on the food. By surprise they brought our food not even one minute later and it was cold. That makes me think that they had it ready but were just not wanting to give it to us yet. Anyways, not coming back. Wingstop is better

  First time in this location, Waited 30 minutes for my take out order, it felt hot in the bag but when I got home fries ware cold and hard , wings barely had sauce and they ware cold , the chicken wrap was smaller than other locations. When arrived the check out was empty no one to help ! Burgers ware cold ! The buffalo sauce on the wings was really mild when I bought medium and they ware really dry ! Definitely kitchen needs more training ! I have been to other locations the food and service is amazing ! Specially Rockwall ! This new location in commerce needs way more training !

  It's our second time coming to this location as we live in town. The first time was great which is why I'm giving the service two stars. This time we didn't even get served. We spent around 15 minutes waiting on a server to come visit us. Several walked by, the hosts also walked by a couple of times. It's 4:30 in the afternoon and most of the tables only have drinks due to the college games. We ended up just giving our menus back to the host as we walked out.

  The staff was really nice, but the food was horrible. This is my second time ordering food. The first time, I didn't leave a review. But, this is my 2nd time receiving horrible food. My order was suppose to be done by 9:20 pm. I arrived about 9:30 pm. The fries were cold & hard & the wings were hard. The food taste like it's been under a heat lamp for over an hour. I received 4 baby carrots & 2 celery sticks. Remember, this is the SECOND time this has happened. First time, shame on you. Second time... everyone deserves second chances. Third time, shame on me. I don't plan on shaming myself.

  Did not tell us that they could not take Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards until after the check was given. I had to leave early because it took over an hour to get our food, so I left the gift card I had with the people I was with only to find out later that they wouldn't take it. No reason was really given to them at that time as to why. Ended up calling later to figure out what was going on and was told it was because the location was still so new that it hadn't been set up yet. The manager I talked to really did not seem to care and basically just said that she wasn't here at the time and that she in fact does tell people before they order that they can't use gift cards. Overall bad customer service Very annoying, don't think I'll be coming back
