  Wait was alright for a Friday night, Food was good, service was good. The atmosphere was of because of the miserable patrons in Commerce. Good Lord people, give them a break, they just opened and are ramping up their staff. Brittany, Jessica and Tristan were absolutely awesome. Y'all are comparing BWW to Whataburger!!! Go anywhere in the metroplex and try to get the same service at BWWs in Commerce, and y'all see how good they really are. Good people of Commerce, y'all need to chill and have patience. Y'all know you'll be back..... hopefully y'all be more polite. BWW crew and management staff, y'all are doing great.

  My husband and I were SO excited they opened a buffalo wild wings in commerce as we drove all the way from paris. We got there and got seated. We waited 20 min for someone to even take our drink order, then another 15 min for someone to take our order. We waited another 20 min for our appetizer to come out after the waitress kept assuring us every 5 min that they were "one the way" We waited 1 hour in total from sitting down to get our food. The food was okay but lacking in sauces and kinda dry. This was disappointing not to mention we could not use our points or redeem or points because they didn't have it set up. The waiters and waitress had no clue what they were doing and passed over us several times. I had to flag down for a refill. All in all they need to hire people who know what their doing. Not good service at all!

  We found hair in our pick 6. When we confronted them about it she went to back to “check everyone’s hair” she said it didn’t match anyone’s hair mind you when we got out the restroom the food was already there so do they think as soon as we sat down we put hair in the food?? Terrible service. Of course when we are the only colored people in the establishment we are the only ones having consistent issues with our orders. They overcharged and made a lot of mistakes. Try your best to not work with Lisa and ms. Jessie needs to be a replaced for a better manager. Her response disregarded our uncomfortableness with hair in our food. 2 separate plates. If youre non- colored you might have a better experience

  Great atmosphere so we were excited to try it. We've been there 3 times now, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, since they just opened but after waiting for over 2 hours for our food last night AFTER waiting 45 minutes outside in the wind for a table, the food was cold. I've tried a few different things there and none have been that great. What really bothers me the most though is the second time we went, it was lunch and not busy at all! Server accidentally doubled my husband's order of wings so the manager came over to tell us that they would take the second tray off of the bill since it was the servers mistake BUT she would have to remove them from the table. So basically, throw them in the trash when the mistake wasn't even our fault. We don't like wasting food so we paid for them and took them to go. Pool tables are fun, hopefully you like playing or watching TV because you'll be there a while waiting on food and drinks. Not under staffed either, I've never seen that many wait staff at any restaurant lol I've also never left a negative review before but last night was kinda the last straw.

  I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review as I have to go somewhere else for food. I came in and asked for outside seating. The sound the front of house made was, interesting. Like she didn't want to sit anyone outside. But i got my seat. Then I sat there for 10 minutes. 3 different waitresses came in and out taking others orders. Everyone of them ignored me. Not even a nod of the head to acknowledge I was there. I like to give places 3 tries before I post a review. But I couldn't even give this place a try as I couldn't get service. Not a good start. P.S. You need an entrance from Hwy 24.
