  Placed order in a very busy drive-thru. It wasn't ready when I got to the window, and a Door Dash offer came in for me to pick up, so I went inside to wait. The time was 2:03pm. There were just 2 employees. I saw my order when it was ready, but the young man just kept making drinks and Blizzards and handing them out the drive-thru. I saw when my Door Dash order was ready. It, too, just sat there. At 2:34pm, I was finally able to get both orders. My Door Dash order was almost 20 minutes late, which was a strike against my rating and I had to file an appeal. Customer did NOT tip. My food was cold and my ice cream missing from the order. When I returned to the store and managed to get someone's attention, she told me that she would get the missing Dilly Bar "here in a few minutes.

  I really do not like leaving a negative review but I need to be honest. We ordered some chicken tenders and taco salad's. The tenders are good, but the taco salads were not what we have come to expect from Dairy Queen. I guess even Dairy Queen can have a off day.

  The chicken tenders were really salty. The person taking the orders was helpful and nice. He did mention that only he and 1 other person were the only workers there during lunch rush that day. Hire more people DQ.

  You should give the young man working the drive thru a raise. Having owned and managed small businesses all my life I would have been lucky to have an employee who exemplifies what customer service is supposed to be.

  I’ve been to this place twice. Both times I had a horrible experience. The food has tasted awful, and when we ordered ice cream or blizzards they taste almost spoiled. I spent four dollars on one MINI blizzard just to pour it out afterwards due to the awful taste. It has never been like this at any other location I’ve gone. And on top of the taste, the ice cream and blizzards are halfway melted by the time we get them. The food is not good either. The employees look like they do not want to be there with their horrible attitudes and frowns. The place seems to be understaffed and it takes a horribly long time to get your food. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went due to the fact that they had just opened but I don’t think anything will ever change. I would recommend not coming here unless you are prepared for a terrible experience.
